The idea is simple.
A hand picked group of photographers with different styles and abilities are shooting photos of the summer as we see it, printing them and then mailing them to friends or strangers in the group via snail mail. The goal is for everyone to be sending a different photo to someone new in the group about every other week. That’s it really. We started on Memorial Day weekend and will wrap it up on Labor Day.
Once it’s over we’ll gather all the photos that were sent, see what everyone else got and go from there. We’d like to make something of them. A party will probably be in order. Hopefully a book will come of it too. We’ll see. Stay tuned.

Hey Rich. It’s Laura Austin…. my friend Liam Gallagher and I started this whole project and we invited some of our friends that are “photo enthusiasts” and most of them are involved in snowboarding. Unfortunately I can’t bring on anyone new after the project has started because it will mess up the order of things. If this summer goes well I might do more editions and I will definitely keep you in mind. Stoked you are interested.
